Mollie Dent-Brocklehurst is a British art curator and former president of London's Pace Gallery. She is the co-founder and chief creative officer of Superblue, a company she founded in 2020. She and members of her family own Sudeley Castle, where she has curated sculpture exhibitions.
The American-born Elizabeth first came to Sudeley after her marriage to Mark Dent-Brocklehurst in 1962, and in the subsequent years set about preparing to open the castle up to the public, which they did to great celebration in May 1970.
Dent-Brocklehurst died suddenly from a heart attack in 1972, aged 40. The castle passed to his wife, Mary Elizabeth ( née Chipps), and their two children, [4] Henry and Mollie . His wife remarried Henry Cubitt, 4th Baron Ashcombe , in 1979.
Even before she co-founded Superblue, to help create new opportunities for large-scale, immersive art installations, Mollie Dent-Brocklehurst was known for identifying global artistic trends of the future.
