Mavis Staples, född 10 juli 1939 i Chicago, Illinois, är en amerikansk rhythm & blues- och gospel sångerska, skådespelare och medborgarrättsaktivist. Staples var från 1950 medlem i The Staple Singers (verksamma 1948–1994), tillsammans med sin far Pops Staples (1914-2000) och sina syskon, Pervis, Yvonne och Cleotha.
