Other writings have become accessible as parts of broader projects, most importantly the continuing publication of Leibniz’s correspondence by the Deutsche Akademie der Wissenschaften. The possibility of my writing this more inclusive study of Leibniz’s engagement with China and of integrating that with his philosophy rests on the work of these scholars.
