Friedrich (Fritz) Pfeffer ( Gießen, 30 april 1889 - Neuengamme, 20 december 1944) was een Duitse tandarts, die bekend werd doordat hij in de Tweede Wereldoorlog samen met de familie Frank in Amsterdam ondergedoken zat.
