16 de oct. de 2020 · Alexander Ramsay var en skotsk offiser. Under Kalmarkrigen førte han de skotske leietroppene som i 1612 ble angrepet ved Kringen i Gudbrandsdalen, det såkalte Skottetoget. Ramsay, som var en av de få overlevende, fikk siden vende tilbake til Skottland.

Only three months before, in November 2022, Ramsay left his role as UPC Administrative Committee chairman. He had a decisive influence on the court’s creation for 14 years.
