Francis Leslie Pym, baron Pym, (født 13. februar 1922 i Abergavenny i Monmouthshire i Wales i Storbritannia, død 7. mars 2008 i Sandy i Bedfordshire) var en britisk konservativ politiker og tidligere medlem av det britiske kabinettet, blant annet som utenriksminister.
Francis Leslie Pym was born in Penpergwm, near Abergavenny, in Wales on 13 February 1922, the son of a landowner who became Conservative MP for Monmouth in 1942. Leslie Ruthven Pym became a whip, but his period in the House of Commons was brief: he was defeated in the Labour landslide of 1945.

His great-grandfather was Walter Pym, a bishop, and his great-uncle was Leslie Ruthven Pym, a Conservative MP, whose son was Francis Pym, Baron Pym, who was notably Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs during the Falklands War. His grandfather was Leslie's brother Thomas Wentworth Pym, a vicar.
