Otto Grotewohl (11. maaliskuuta 1894 Braunschweig, Saksa – 21. syyskuuta 1964 Itä-Berliini) oli saksalainen poliitikko ja Saksan demokraattisen tasavallan pääministeri (1949–1964). Grotewohl liittyi Saksan sosialidemokraattiseen puolueeseen 1912 ja toimi kirjapainotyöntekijöiden ammattijärjestön tehtävissä.
