Robert Michael James Gascoyne-Cecil (born 30 September 1946) is a member of the House of Lords and the 7th Marquess of Salisbury. [1] He is well connected with Ulster unionism, a member of Friends of the Union, and part of a number of Eurosceptic and Neoconservative connected organisations such as Open Europe.
