Maria de Hessa și de Rin (n. 8 august 1824 - d. 3 iunie 1880) a fost prințesă de Hessa și, sub numele de Maria Alexandrovna, ( rusă Мария Александровна ), împărăteasă a Rusiei, soția împăratului Alexandru al II-lea al Rusiei. Maria Alexandrovna (Russian: Мария Александровна), born Princess Marie of Hesse and by Rhine (8 August 1824 – 3 June 1880), was Empress of Russia as the first wife and political adviser of Emperor Alexander II. She was one of the founders of the Russian Red Cross Society.
