Harris nailed Dumbledore in that he speaks softly but carries a big stick. DUmbledore rarely yells, because he rarely is ever "out of control." He always knows what is going on, and is rarely if ever flustered. He just had a certain dignity,strength, presence and quiet power that is just hard to replace.
