Neilia hunter was a teacher and the first wife of Joe Biden, 46th and President of the United States of America. She was born on July 28, 1942, in Skaneateles, New York. She died in a car accident on 18th December 1972 with her 13-month-old daughter, Naomi, at the same time when Joe Biden had won his first senate race.
