Richard Harris. Richard St. John Harris [1] (ur. 1 października 1930 w Limerick, zm. 25 października 2002 w Londynie) – irlandzki aktor, pieśniarz, poeta, producent, reżyser i scenarzysta. Laureat Złotego Globu dla najlepszego aktora w filmie komediowym lub musicalu za rolę Króla Artura w komediodramacie przygodowym Camelot (1967) [2] .
Leben und Werk. Richard Harris wurde 1930 im irischen Limerick als Sohn einer Bauernfamilie geboren und besuchte ein Jesuitencollege.Er strebte zunächst eine Karriere als Rugby-Spieler an, musste diesen Plan aber nach einer Tuberkulose-Erkrankung trotz seiner großen sportlichen Begabung wieder aufgeben.
