Henry Rollins is a fascinating creature. A person dedicated to a zen-like minimalist life and one of the foremost rage-a-holics. I highly recommend his book, Get In The Van, and his recent appearance on Joe Rogan Experience (its not like Joe's other episodes if he turns you off)
