This review is for the Region 2 DVD, published by Network, of the 1946 Bela Lugosi comedy-mystery, Scared to Death. I stress that this is Region 2, and needs an all-region player to view, because some buyers might be misled by the back of the case, which says it is Region 0 (which implies playable in all regions). It isn't.
