Toby Stephens (født 21. april 1969 i London) er en britisk teater-, TV- og filmskuespiller som har spilt i flere filmer, både Hollywood og i Bollywood. Han er best kjent for å spille forbryteren Gustav Graves i James Bond -filmen Die Another Day (2002) og fra rollen som Edward Fairfax Rochester i BBC-oppsetningen av Jane Eyre (2006).
