Andrzej Skarbek was a Polish soldier, diplomat, and politician. He was a member of the Polish resistance during World War II and later served as a diplomat in the Polish government-in-exile. He was also a member of the Polish Sejm (parliament) from 1947 to 1989. Skarbek was born in Lwów, Poland (now Lviv, Ukraine).
