Záběry v Resident Evil: Afterlife totiž nejsou primárně zprostředkovateli narativně důležitých informací, ale mnohem víc opojným průzkumem uzavřených i otevřených prostorů obklopujících postavy. Tomu samozřejmě napomáhají fetišistické zpomalovačky a nadměrné využívání celků a velkých celků.

I am a huge fan of the Resident Evil movie series, but I must be honest and say that "Resident Evil: Afterlife" makes the other installments look like garbage by comparison. The budget was much higher, and thus allowed for longer, more explosive battles, and a huge number of visuals, which range from Alaska, to Toyko, Los Angeles, inside of a maximum security prison, and on a boat.
