Anne Brandon, Baroness Grey of Powys (* zwischen 1506 und 1509; † Januar 1558) war eine englische Adlige und älteste Tochter von Charles Brandon, 1. Duke of Suffolk aus seiner Ehe mit Anne Browne. Unter obskuren Umständen geboren und unter ständigem Verdacht der Illegitimität kämpfte sie zeit ihres Lebens um ihre gesellschaftliche Anerkennung als Miterbin ihres Vaters.
Anne Brandon, daughter of Charles Brandon and Anne Browne was born some time between 1506 and 1509. Her parents did marry secretly in 1508 and later in public but it is not know whether Anne was born before or after the marriage. Richardson assigns her birth to about 1512, making her legitimate at birth.

In 1533, following the death of Mary Tudor on 25 June, Mary and her sister Anne, by then Baroness Grey of Powys, pushed themselves to the front of the funeral cortege at the Abbey of St. Edmundsbury, just as the coffin was being lowered into the crypt, much to the consternation of their half-siblings.
Lady Anne Brandon, Baroness Grey of Powys (c. 1507 – January 1558) was an English noblewoman, and the eldest daughter of Charles Brandon, 1st Duke of Suffolk by his second wife, Anne Browne. Anne's mother had died in 1511. In 1514, Anne's father secured a place for her at the court of Archduchess Margaret of Savoy.
