Emanuel Scrope Howe, 2nd Viscount Howe, was born circa 1699 to Scrope Howe, 1st Viscount Howe (1648-1712) and Juliana Allington (c1649-1747) and died 29 March 1735 of unspecified causes. He married Sophia Charlotte Mary von Kielmansegg (1703-1782) 8 April 1719 .

HOWE, SCROPE, first Viscount Howe (1648–1712), born in November 1648, was eldest son of John Grubham Howe of Langar, Nottinghamshire, by his wife Annabella, the natural daughter of Emanuel Scrope, earl of Sunderland (created 1627), to whom was granted the precedency of an earl's legitimate daughter 1 June 1663.
