  2. Prince Henry of Battenberg married Princess Beatrice, Queen Victorias youngest daughter, in 1885. He is depicted standing, with his hands resting on the hilt of his sword and wearing military uniform and a pith helmet. This is probably a posthumous commission made after the Princes early death in Africa in January 1896.

Lady Feodora Gleichen MRBS (1861-1922), was elected to the Society posthumously in 1922, making her one of the first female members of the Society alongside Christine Gregory FRBS and Flora Kendrick FRBS. Gleichen was the eldest daughter of Admiral Prince Victor of Hohenlohe and a descendent of Queen Victoria.
