Thomas Riley Marshall ( 14. maaliskuuta 1854 – 1. kesäkuuta 1925) oli Yhdysvaltain varapresidentti 1913–1921. Marshall aloitti uransa lakimiehenä Columbia Cityssä, Indianassa vuonna 1875.
