The title is currently held by his son, William Lloyd George, 3rd Viscount Tenby. As a grandson of the first Earl Lloyd-George of Dwyfor, he is also in remainder to this peerage and its subsidiary titles.

  7. Lord Tenby married Edna Gwenfron, daughter of David Jones, in 1921. They had two children: David Lloyd George, 2nd Viscount Tenby (1922–1983), and William Lloyd George, 3rd Viscount Tenby (b. 1927).
