Edward George Geoffrey Smith-Stanley, 14e graaf van Derby (Knowsley Hall bij Prescot, 29 maart 1799 – aldaar, 23 oktober 1869) was een Brits conservatief politicus en driemaal eerste minister van het Verenigd Koninkrijk, van februari tot december 1852, van februari 1858 tot juni 1859 en van juni 1866 tot februari 1868.
