Henry Fox, 1st Baron Holland, PC (28 September 1705 – 1 July 1774) was an English peer and Whig politician who served as the Secretary at War from 1746 to 1755.

The first Baron Holland of Foxley was the second and youngest son from the second marriage of the politician Sir Stephen Fox, and the younger brother of Stephen Fox-Strangways, 1st Earl of Ilchester, whose title was created with remainder to Henry Fox failing any heirs male of his body.
