Franz Moritz Graf von Lacy or Lascy (English: Count Francis Maurice von Lacy, Russian: Boris Petrovich Lassi), (October 21, 1725 November 24, 1801), was an Austrian field marshal. His father, Count Peter Lacy, was a Russian Field Marshal, who belonged to an Irish family, and had followed the fortunes of the exiled James II.

Franz Moritz’ Vater Peter de Lacy trat 1698 in russische Dienste und begründete hier einen Zweig der Familie. 1737 verließ Franz Moritz Graf von Lacy Russland und ging zunächst nach Liegnitz , ehe er 1739 nach Wien übersiedelte. 1743 trat er in die österreichische Armee ein.
