Known more familiarly as 18 Rabbit, Uaxaclajuun Ub’aah K’awiil was Copan’s 13 th ruler and his reign oversaw a huge progression in the artistic stone-carving skills at Copan.

Wamaw K'awiil, kaloomte (high king, a position higher than ajaw) of Calakmul traveled to Quiriguá and formed an alliance with K'ak' Tiliw Chan Yopaat.
