Edward Arthur Milne ( Kingston upon Hull, 14 de febrer de 1896 - Dublín, 21 de setembre de 1950) va ser un astrofísic i matemàtic britànic. Campbell, from Dornoch, Sutherland, Scotland, was the daughter of Hugh Fraser Campbell, an advocate in Aberdeen.
