Valbuena. Vega Sicilia Valbuena, es la expresión más pura del tempranilla en Vega Sicilia. El ensamblaje de variedades que conforman este magnífico vino tiene en el tinto fino la uva predominante de manera muy mayoritaria. La otra variedad que forma dicho emsamblaje es el Merlot, que participa en mayor o menor medida según sea la añada.

En 1577 aparece, por primera vez, el nombre Vega de Sicilia para referirse a la finca. 1864 Eloy Lecanda inicia la actividad vitivinícola profesionalizada en la bodega tras la adquisición de la finca 12 años antes por parte de su padre, Toribio, al Marqués de Valbuena.
