Menurut saya pribadi, film Awake ini menawarkan bencana yang tidak mainstream seperti adanya monster, meteor, air bah atau gempa bumi. Melainkan rusaknya sistem internal manusia yang membuat manusia tidak bisa tidur. Kalau ditelusuri, cerita dengan tema seperti itu rasanya baru film Awake ini saja ya yang muncul.
