faultless - 11/10. Everyone was so lovely and reassuring! I had a faultless experience! Down to the lady on reception, to the lovely anaesthetist! Dr Marsh is just amazing in what he does! The London welbeck hospital was good, clean and staff were helpful but the surgeon Anna De Leo was the most rudest coldest unprofessional person I have ever come across. And the aftercare is non existent. Please go elsewhere and avoid the harley medical group, I really wish I'd taken my well earned money elsewhere.
