Augustus Henry FitzRoy, 3.º Duque de Grafton, KG, PC ( 28 de setembro de 1735 – Euston Hall, 14 de março de 1811 ), conhecido como Conde de Euston entre 1747 e 1757, foi um nobre e político britânico whig. Foi um dos cinco duques que serviram como primeiro-ministro da Grã-Bretanha, e posteriormente do Reino Unido .

Henry FitzRoy, 1st Duke of Grafton, KG (28 September 1663 – 9 October 1690) was an illegitimate son of King Charles II of England and his mistress Barbara Villiers. A military commander, Henry FitzRoy was appointed colonel of the Grenadier Guards in 1681 and Vice-Admiral of England from 1682 to 1689.

Lord Grafton was born Augustus Henry FitzRoy into an aristocratic family in 1735. He was a fourth-generation descendant of King Charles II and his mistress the Duchess of Cleveland. He was educated at Newcome’s School in Hackney and Westminster School, and then at Peterhouse College at the University of Cambridge.
Lord Augustus FitzRoy (16 October 1716 – 24 May 1741). He was married to Elizabeth Cosby, daughter of Colonel William Cosby, who served as a colonial Governor of New York. They were parents to two sons, who founded branches of the family that still continue today: Augustus FitzRoy, 3rd Duke of Grafton; Charles FitzRoy, 1st Baron Southampton
