Roger II (en italiano: Ruggero II; 22 de diciembre de 1095 - 26 de febrero de 1154) fue rey de Sicilia y África, hijo de Roger I de Sicilia y sucesor de su hermano Simón. Comenzó su gobierno como Conde de Sicilia en 1105, se convirtió en Duque de Apulia y Calabria en 1127, luego Rey de Sicilia en 1130 y Rey de África en 1148.
