Louis-Albert Joly de Choin. Pour les articles homonymes, voir Choin . Louis-Albert de Choin (prononcé Chouin ), est né le 22 janvier 1702 à Bourg-en-Bresse et mort le 17 avril 1759 dans son diocèse de Toulon, âgé de 57 ans, est un prélat catholique français du XVIIIe siècle.

She was employed about the person of the Duchess of Conti, where she was sought by the Dauphin of France; but no solicitatious could induce her to forfeit her honour; and it is said that the prince at last married her privately, and, by her influence, was reformed, and regained the affections of the king.

Marie Émilie was born in Bourg-en-Bresse to Guillaume Claude de Joly, Baron de Choin, and his wife, Anne Clemence de Grolee de Mepieu. She was a lady-in-waiting to the king's favourite legitimated daughter, Marie Anne de Bourbon, Princess of Conti. Marie Émilie was considered to be unattractive but spiritual.
