7 de ago. de 2015 · The amiable Princess Amelia. Princess Amelia, the youngest child of King George III and Queen Charlotte, was born on 7 August 1783. Amelia was delicate from an early age and later suffered from tuberculosis. She was her father’s favourite daughter, interested in art, music, history and literature as well as being an accomplished horsewoman.
Princess Amelia Sophia Eleonore of Great Britain when her grandfather, George I became king. Amelia lived a solitary existence and died in 1786 and was the last surviving child of her parents.

20 de ene. de 2023 · George August, future George II, was born on 10 November 1683 at Herrenhausen in Hanover. He was, therefore, the last British monarch to be born outside Britain. He was the eldest child of George I and Sophia Dorothea of Celle (l. 1666-1726). His parents' marriage had been one of political convenience, and there was little love between the two.
