10 de ago. de 2011 · Before listening to Airborne I'm going to guess this album will be a more straight rock album given the bands decline. It just seems inevitable that Curved Air wouldn't be able to continue making albums with the same high levl of technical prowess found on Air Conditioning or Phantasmagoria, and looking at the song titles, the entire side one has short songs by progressive rock standards.

9 de ene. de 2024 · Curved Air izdaje šesti i ujedno i posljednji album “Airborne”.. Album je nešto bolji od prethodnika, ali to ne znači da je i dobar. Prog izričaj je tu u tragovima, i to je ujedno i sve vrijedno, jer ponovo je sterilnost i neinventivnost dovela do „bljutavog“ kompromisa, par kompozicija prog orijentiranih (uglavnom su sve kreacija Darryl Wayja) i neke verzije popa ala Curved Air.
