Cecilia Neville (Cecily Neville en inglés, 3 de mayo de 1415 - 31 de mayo de 1495), esposa de Ricardo de York y madre de los reyes Eduardo IV de Inglaterra y Ricardo III de Inglaterra.
A los 13 años contrajo matrimonio, el 18 de octubre de 1424, con Cecilia Neville, que contaba 14 años de edad, hija de Ralph Neville, conde de Westmorland, y de su segunda esposa, Juan a Beaufort, hija a su vez de Juan de Gante y de Catalina de Roet-Swynford. De este matrimonio nacieron 13 hijos: Juana (n.y m. 1438).

She married John Weston about 1506 of Litchfield, Hampshire, England. Cecilia Neville died about 20 May 1573, at Raby, Durham, England, age 82. She was buried at Timsbury, Hampshire England.
