Evelyn Melendez (b. Feb 16, 1970) is an American professional glamour girl, celebrity, and media personality famously recognized as the spouse of renowned singer/songwriter and actor, Jordan Knight. Jordan is popularly known for his single, "Give It to You".
Though 2004's Jordan Knight Performs New Kids on the Block: The Remix Album was seen by some as opportunism, he returned a year later with The Fix, an EP with a promising adult contemporary feel.
