La tombe de Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher fut dévastée et sa dépouille profanée par les troupes soviétiques en 1945. Le titre de prince de Wahlstatt ne lui ayant été accordé qu'à titre personnel, son fils, lui aussi général dans l'armée prussienne, ne porta que celui de comte.
Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher (16 Aralık 1742 – 12 Eylül 1819), Graf (), daha sonra Wahlstatt Fürst'lüğüne (Prens) yükseltilen Prusyalı Generalfeldmarschall. 1813'te Leipzig Muharebesi'nde ve 1815'te Waterloo Muharebesi'nde, Arthur Wellesley ile birlikte Napolyon'a karşı ordunun başında bulunmuştur.
