  1. Robert Banks Jenkinson, second Earl of Liverpool, served as Prime Minister from 8 June 1815 to 9 April 1827. He was born in London on 7 June 1770, he was the only child born to Charles Jenkinson, first Earl of Liverpool and his first wife Amelia Watts.
