Elizabeth Seymour (c. 1518 – 19 Mar 1568), married firstly Sir Anthony Ughtred. Married secondly Gregory Cromwell, 1st Baron Cromwell. Her third husband was John Paulet, 2nd Marquess of Winchester.

He was appointed Captain and Governor of Jersey in 1532, taking Elizabeth with him to the island, but died in 1534. Following his death, Elizabeth, returned to England.
