Louise of Mecklenburg-Güstrow (28 August 1667 – 15 March 1721) was Queen of Denmark and Norway as the first spouse of King Frederick IV of Denmark. In 1708–09, she was regent during her husband's trip to Italy.

  6. Louise trak sig af og til tilbage fra hoffet og boede på Rungstedgård, som er naboejendom til Rungstedlund. Rungstedlund var dengang kro, og her boede Johannes Ewald fra 1773-75, hvor han bl.a. skrev Rungsteds Lyksaligheder, hvor en af stroferne indeholder en reference til dronning Louise. Louise døde i 1721, 9 år før kongen.
