In November 2020, the two partners reached an agreement that TRATON SE would acquire all outstanding shares of Navistar at a cash price of USD 44.50 per share. Expected to be completed in mid-2021, the transaction is subject to the approval of Navistar shareholders, the usual closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
