  5. I’ve never tried olive oil and almond milk but it would probably work if you’re going for that traditional mashed potatoes and gravy. When it’s only olive oil it’s not as creamy but it’s really good. For mashed I just add to the texture I like as I mix. Sometimes I mix them till they are whipped, sometimes a bit dryer and chunky.
