The Gonville & Caius Student Union has its own welfare team, and the College also runs a Peer Support team made up of students who have been specially trained to help you. Outside of College, the University Counselling Service is available to help with problems ranging from stress and anxiety to specific issues such as eating disorders and addictions.
It is always open during the daytime and evening. There are usually ten services a week in term time, three of which are enriched by our renowned College Choir. The current music list is available here. The College Dean, the Revd Dr Cally Hammond, normally officiates at services but the College welcomes several visiting preachers per term.

Gonville & Caius is a good one to choose for this purpose, since it is very central (next to King's). For £46.50 you can sleep in an admittedly basic and ancient traditional room in one of the old courts of the main college. You may be woken earlier than you intended by the bells of the adjacent Great St Mary's Church.
