23 de jun. de 2019 · Garrard, along with fellow baseball historian Milledge Murray, collaborated and combined their collections of Augusta baseball memorabilia and put them on display at the Augusta-Richmond County Public Library. The exhibit is on the third floor in the Georgia Room. The exhibit is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday.

In 1806, Lady Augusta was given royal licence to use the surname De Ameland instead of Murray. She was granted a pension of £4,000 per annum and bought a house in Ramsgate where she created a small estate. Augusta died on 4 March 1830 and is buried in the D'Este mausoleum in the churchyard at St Lawrence in Thanet.
Lady Augusta Murray. First wife of Prince Augustus Frederick, Duke of Sussex, the sixth son of George III. As their marriage was in contravention of the Royal Marriages Act 1772, it was considered legally void, and she could not be styled as the Duchess of Sussex. They married on 4 April 1793 in Hotel Sarmiento, Rome, Italy.
