They also accused her of having an air of entitlement. The book is no longer in circulation. How did Margaret die? Margaret died in extreme poverty in 1993. She was 80.
Brief Life History of Margaret. When Countess Margaret Campbell was born in 1552, in Glenorchy, Argyll, Scotland, her father, Sir Colin Campbell of Glenorchy, was 54 and her mother, Lady Katherine Ruthven of Craufurd, was 23. She married James Cunningham 7th Earl of Glencairn on 27 May 1574, in Perth, Perthshire, Scotland.
En 1981, Margaret fue invitada a la boda del Príncipe de Gales y Diana Spencer. En 1993, fue el turno del príncipe Carlos de ser invitado a Darmstadt con motivo del 80 cumpleaños de Margaret. Margaret finalmente murió el 26 de enero de 1997. Está enterrada junto a su marido en la necrópolis de la casa de Hesse-Darmstadt en Rosenhöhe.
