  4. It is with great sadness that we share news of the death of Richard Henry Stefan Tur. Richard was Benn Fellow and Tutor in Jurisprudence at Oriel College for over three decades from 1979 until 2012, when he retired and was elected an Emeritus Fellow. He passed away at his home on Wednesday 7 December 2023.
