  3. Great album. My favorite Debbie Harry solo album. Her voice is great as always, and the songs are typical late 80s pop/rock. Catchy, or just plain fun to listen to. My favorite is "He Is So", which is my favorite Debbie solo song and is even better than a lot of Blondie songs.

It suffers from a frilly, let's-have-fun! 80s production and Harry also sounds like she's somewhat surrendered and defeated, after the failure of Blondie's THE HUNTER, and of second solo album ROCKBIRD.
