The Girl from the Marsh Croft is my fourth Victor Sjöström movie. One of Sweden's pioneering film directors during the silent era. After A Man Was There, Kiss of Death and Ingeborg Holm, I would say that this would rank on the lower end, and a step above Kiss of Death as only half of the print still survives as of today.
