Albert Szent-Györgyi (* 16. september 1893, Budapešť, Maďarsko – † 22. október 1986, Woods Hole, Massachusetts, USA) bol maďarský biochemik a fyziológ. V roku 1937 získal Nobelovu cenu za fyziológiu a medicínu za izoláciu vitamínu C a objavenie niekoľkých fáz Krebsovho cyklu .

Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 1937 for his discoveries in connection with the biological combustion processes, with special reference to vitamin C and the catalysis of fumaric acid.
